this is what my motherboard is doing, well im sure its the motherboard, sometimes i cant login because my keyboard and mouse wont work, when i do get into windows after a few mins apps lock up but the time and side bar, the network gadget still running as normal. Or if i add or remove a usb device system bottles out. dont no if to buy a usb controller or new motherboard. it wont even let me downgrade the bios with a usb stick. now i got a dead usb stick
