i own the GA-EP45-DS3P and would like to upgrade the RAM, does anyone have any suggestions??

well i have 4 x 1gb stick in at the mo and what to put in 4 x 2 gb sticks? what ones should i use?

you can take "DDR2 1333+/1066/800/667" obviously faster is better but it depends what you can afford, you can take up to 16GB.

General RAM advise, stick to brand names like Corsair, Crucial, OCZ etc.
