Gigabyte P34W-V5 quick review and spec

Hello guys,

Received my Gigabyte P34W-V5 rig for a few days, however I was in busy days so can't manage a time to make a quick review and spec detail showoff.

CPU spec, RAM is made by Crucial

Network performance. My home installed 100Mb broadband. LAN Speed (connect with gigabit hubs) is great while connect through cable.

My display panel is a QHD one in 2560x1440. It is made by LG/Philip

The HDD is a WD Blue 1TB SATA drive, 5400rpm, 8MB cache

The SSD is a Samsung NVMe MZVPV128

The SSD spec could not extract properly by CrystalDiskInfo until you install the NVMe driver from Samsung official website. The speed is really goodhttp://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/global/html/support/downloads.html

Some more benchmark are coming soon, hopefully could do that during this weekend.

It is a really good laptop from Gigabyte, good job!

A minor problem discovered and hopefully Gigabyte could make improvement:

Spacebar - Our thumb mostly tapping the bottom edge of the spacebar, however the spacebar action always fail to trigger if we tap the bottom edge due to the mechanism inside the spacebar. You have to tap it very hard at the bottom edge, or, change move your thumb and tap the center or top edge of the space bar.... it is frustrating!
 
Here are a basic test with Unigine Valley. The room temperature is 22 degrees. The laptop is raised above my working table so airflow should not be a problem.
