Well those settings appear to be working, I've shut down and re-booted a number of times and all seems well...until I ran Orthos and I got a BSOD (it started dumping physical memory).
OK, the cpu is overclocked to 3.2ghz. Thats with a multiplier of 8 and the FSB at 400. The vcore is set to 1.33125v.

Meloco, sorry, only just noticed your post. The RAM is running at 800 MHz. It does look like the problem lies with the vcore, the higher I raise it, the longer the system lasts before getting a BSOD.
