sounds like a ram problem. check that you are running the ram at 800mhz and not higher (indicated in the bios under the fsb settings)
 
OK, the cpu is overclocked to 3.2ghz. Thats with a multiplier of 8 and the FSB at 400. The vcore is set to 1.33125v.

there should be a reading in mhz... and it should be around 800mhz, if it's not that then your ram is suffering (by the sounds of things, even at 808mhz it can cause the ram to malfunction).
 
Meloco, sorry, only just noticed your post. The RAM is running at 800 MHz. It does look like the problem lies with the vcore, the higher I raise it, the longer the system lasts before getting a BSOD.

hmmm the vdroop level on that board might be quite high then... Have you tried as high as 1.4v? then look in cpu-z to see what the actual voltage is..
