Is anyone having problems with the north bridge temp. It is hot to the touch.

I have just touched my heatsink and it is hot(ish) but I guess that it has always been like that and as long as it remains stable I'm not bothered. It is running @ 8 x 500mhz and has been since the board was released without issue.
Got this exact motherboard in my server and not had any issues but then it's always pretty cool out in the garage where it lives 
Did have stability issues on another Gigabyte board in my HTPC which turned out to be down to the northbridge overheating. Ended up replacing the stock sink with a Thermalright HR-05 which cured the problem
