Gigabyte P35C DS3R overclocking help...

hi

can someone tell me some 'safe' overclocking settings for the following. had a asrock board which did No Swearing! all overclock, but this set up hopefully will:

E6300 - locked to 7 x multiplier (will upgrade next mth to Q6600.

2 gig of Geil ultra low latency 800mhz ram

Gigabyte P35C DS3R mobo. Rev 2.0 board.

if anyone has this set up of similar, what is a safe performance increase without buggering my new system up (minus processor)

There's a thread right above this one (ok it was originally for the P965 Gigabytes, but the P35 boards have the same options).
