Got one of these installed fine, but the fans seem to be running at full pelt all the time. Either that or the stock fan is very loud. Temps are around 30c idle, which sounds too cool for the fan to not be at full whack. I can't find anywhere in the bios where you can slow them down. Am I being dense?
