FLASHSPI utility also can be used for this purpose. It is included in the downloadable file together with bios and autoexec.bat.
Method of usage: from bootable usb pendrive just let autoexec to run itself or execute as follows:
flashspi /z bios_file_name
As some users do not have windows, they may have linux for instance, or just do not like @BIOS based on previous experiences.
