Gigabyte problem

I have a Gigabyte P35C DS3R. I currently upgraded the BIOS to F4 and now when I OC it in the bios, it keeps putting down my multiplier from 9 to 6, even with the Speedstep option disabled. Kinda worrying hehe. I wonder if anyone has any insight on this, as it would be appreciated.

You need to disable all the power saving options, not just speedstep. C1E, TM1&2, Speedstep - disable all of it.
