My dads 7800GT card has died, blocks all over the screen. The place he got it from is no longer trading so i sent a mail to gigabyte via there message service giving serial numbers bois versions etc. Still had no reply and when i check on the message status on gigabytes website it still says mail will be processed.
How long should it take? I dont suppose they do advance RMA ( he has a credit card he can use as security, much like he did with WD last year when his HDD dies )
