Gigabyte RMA Time

Hi. I just returned my board to OcUK who have sent it to Gigabyte for repair/replacement. I've been told to expect to be boardless for up to 28 days. In reality, does anyone know how long it takes?

Hope it's not 28 days, have to do an RMA with them myself.

Last one I RMA to them took less than a week it turned out the board was fine they sent me photos of it on test working and they didn't even charge return costs

This is why I buy gigabyte

When hitting 20 days, post up again and will direct a Rep member here just in-case. should be fine before 28 days but always easier dealing direct with them

Mine was about a week. I had to RMA twice and they sent me a replacement board...this was with the help of Giga man on here.

It was a very strange situation and they couldn't find a problem at their end but it still got sorted.
