gigabyte RMA

any idea on how good they are?

sent my 7970 to OCUK who now sent it to gigabyte (just fan bearing issues)

how quick is the turn around from gigabyte?

Hi, my fan makes a little noise, just took it out and cleaned it and it dissappeared. Hope it doesnt come back or i will be in the same situation.
I have heard gigabyte are pretty good when it comes to RMA

Usually 2-3 working days tops.

They are pretty good and when I sent my card back a few years ago I got to speak to the guy who fixed it. I suppose that can help them too as they aren't going on what it says on a piece of paper and can ask questions.

As people have said, a few days, although it's surprising how long that is when you either don't have a graphics card or you have downgraded.
