Ive just noticed my motherboard is nearly coming to its 3 year mark for its warranty about 3 or 4 usbs have died on my motherboard and so has one of my 3 pin fan slots (fan still spins but it really slow, at first it wouldnt spin at all) do gigabyte have a uk rma location or do I need to send this to somewhere in the EU also how long is the turn around time

thanks how long will they have my motherboard for? im trying to build another cheap pc at the moment for the mrs so im gonna use that while I wait
Hello, we do have a RMA service centre in the UK. We are based in Milton Keynes so you only need to send the board to our address there.
On average we try and turn around any RMA we get within 4-5 working days.
Email the below address with your serial number a copy of your invoice if you still have it and also a full description of the fault/fault’s

I have already told our RMA department to expect an e-mail from you so use reference OCUKRMAUSB in your e-mail title.
