Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision RGB issue

I have recently received a Gigabyte RTX 3070 OC from Overclockers U.K. I installed the GPU yesterday and booted my system. Upon closer inspection of the card the gigabyte logo only lit up on one side. When I posted my query on Reddit someone else with a RTX 3080 vision said they also had the same problem. My question is simply is there only one LED in the logo? Or is there an issue across the LEDs of the GPUs in the vision and maybe entire Gigabyte line?
