Gigabyte UEFI USB Boot

Only a slight (but quite annoying) problem guys.

I recently purchased a GA-Z77-D3H and it has been running very well with very easy BIOS/UEFI.

However in the last couple of weeks my PC has been behaving strangely. Every so often (2 or 3 days) the Boot options will "reset" for want of a better word and try to boot via UEFI USB.

When I eventually get back into BIOS after a few boot loops I have to set my SSD back to Boot Option #1 and disable the other options but as I say every now and again it will revert back to attempting a UEFI USB boot.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated!

is it just the boot option or the whole bios/oc will reset? it usually does that if theres a problem with the oc

and cold boots ect which can be memory related

your using latest final or beta bios?

Just the boot options that reset, everything else stays as it is. The only other 2 things I changed were the CPU clock and Memory Frequency but they are running fine.

I haven't flashed the BIOS yet. I have had a chequered past with this - had a bad experience with my previous mobo leading me to buy this one.
