Gigabyte warranty procedure

Hey guys,

Just wondering what your experience is with Gigabytes warranty procedure, got a dodgy motherboard now, had it for 11 months so I want to get it repaired/replaced as it's under warranty still. This is a last resort because I didn't really want to have any downtime but such is life!


How would you rate their service and turn around speeds?

I'm probably just being lazy/blind but I couldn't see anyone elses opinion of their service or the average turn around on this forum! I could probably find something on google first but this was open so I thought I'd ask here
