Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming Motherboard - Heatsink LED flashing

Hi

Is anyone able to help me before I spend too much money trying to fix this PC?

PC has been working fine but have spent some time away from it as I purchased a laptop for university work.

The issue I have has been listed below.

• Plug the PC into the wall using the power cable
• Heat sink LED on the Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming AMD X470 motherboard starts flashing quickly
• When I press the power button on the PC, the LEDs stop flashing and there is no power to the machine.

I think this may be a power issue, maybe a new PSU but don't want to be splashing money out before knowing if that is the actual issue.

If anyone has had this issue previously or knows the issue please help me.
