Hi, hoping someone can help, I don't have much hair left to pull out.

About 3 months ago i upgrade my machine,

Gigabyte X870e aorus pro
Ryzen 7 9800 x3d (2x16gb)
32GB DDR5 corsair vengance pro 6000mz RAM
9070XT
Win11 Home 64 bit (up to date according to winupdate)
BIOS version FA6d

Primary Drive:
samsung 980 pro 500gb nvme

Additional Drives:
Samsung 860 pro 1tb ssd
Seagate baracuda 7200rpm 2tb HD
Crucial T500 2tb nvme

I've been having issues with crashes, the screens just go black and then i have to hard reset the machine to get it to boot again. It seems to vary when it happens, some times in games, sometime im just sat surfing and it bombs, the crash report comes back as follows:

Faulting application name: Variable_dump.exe, version: 24.9.4.1, time stamp: 0x8b4b04e0

While i can build a machine im by no means an expert or have much knowledge at all about fault finding, so hoping someone might be able to help pinpoint a fix.

Any help appreciated.

Ok shall do, you thinking dodgy ram stick?

That's my first thing to try out. Also try reseating the memory.

Remove both sticks
refit one stick.
Play games
Does it crash? If so remove stick, fit the second one
Does it crash? If not then first stick is faulty. If it does then either both sticks are faulty (unlikely) or something else an issue

so tried 1 stick so far and same result, i also cant decide if its the phison issue returning as it seems to loose the drive again. Gonna try the other stick then if that still does it, put them both back in and then pull the T500, after that, not really sure what else i can try :s
