Hi, see if anyone else can shed any light on this, Have been through everything apart from a PS2 Keyboard as don't have access to one, have pulled mem, disconnected usb devices and hdd, etc etc, even reflashed the bios with Qflash to see if I could break the loop and nothing seems to budge it.

Will boot, 5 seconds later, no screen activity zippo, then it simply recycles that, stays on for 10-20 seconds.

This happened when I put the PC into sleep mode, and it just wont come out of it, its almost as if the bios has been bricked for no apparent reason, I redid the bios with Qflash eventually and still the same just recycles the loop, clearing cmos and everything else under the sun fails miserably, this will be the second Gigabyte motherboard in just over a month as the first one had faulty mem slots, have little faith left with this board now,if no one else has any recommendations RMA again, and I think its times to try a different board supplier.

Have you tried flashing to a beta bios?

My Z97 Gaming 7 was having all sorts of issues with the latest official f8. Mainly the system would not start from cold (off at the mains at night - fans would not spin, and system would power off a few seconds later. pressing power again would power up as normal ...) However the bios appear to brick like yours after dabbling with windows10 in a dual boot setup and I had to reflash both backup and main bios to get the system back.

I'm using Beta bios 9a for my board and have not had an issue since. (although I haven't used windows 10 much since updating so telling for sure if win10 can still brick the system)

Yeah I did the reflashing, tried a few bios's, none made a difference, its been RMA'd now, see what the outcome is, and what they make of it, thinking of changing to a different motherboard now, as its the second Gigbyte board to go titsup.
