Gigabyte x99 not posting with 6800

This motherboard will turn on then turn off 20 seconds later then restarts.
No output to video so no post. Tried to update bios but still the same. Changed every thing ram,graphics, power Nguyen changed.
Any ideas
 
Remove the GPU and disconnect all the drives (so basically it's just Mobo/CPU/RAM with power), then remove all but one stick of RAM (in DIMM 1). If that doesn't work swap the RAM stick for another, if it still doesn't then either the Mobo or CPU is borked (assuming they are compatible).

Which motherboard model? If your Broadwell CPU wasn't supported did you update the BIOS with QFlash+ pre POST?
