Aerocool X-Predator 650W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply

completed build into case and will not boot. switch power on fbios led comes on for a few seconds then goes out, press power on case and both graphics card and cpu fan start and then stop. getting short burst of power.

The motherboard had memory in place upon delivery.but have removed and reseated them in the slots they were in have also used the other 4 slots. Plus tried it with only one mem in place. Same result

Are your sure it's not shorting some were, first off check the stand offs.

have removed motherboard from case and am doing a bench setup, so no shorting.

will be out of internet contact until sunday night, where I will have time to look through any posts which can resolve this problem
