Hi guy's just recently built my pc and decided to install corsair link, after installing and it loaded up I took a look at the temps and noticed it said that one of the motherboard temperature was at -55c does any one have any idea what might of been causing that?

My idle temp using Hardware Monitor says that CPU is at 29/30 and when I put all six cores under stress at 100% it climbed to 41c.

a bit confused, as I've not had any issues with the PC at all after building and getting that sorted apart from not formatting the HDD.

Specs:

i7 5820k (Not overclocked)
GTX 980Ti
Kingston Fury 4x4 GB
CPU Cooler = Corsair 110i GT

if anything else missing that you need to help then just ask and I shall supply.

Thank you in advanced.

Some sensors don't always get read correctly by software.

The only ones I worry about are core temps.

Try HW Monitor from the makers of CPU-Z.

I think that is what i have installed and everything does look ok there, I used GPU-Z earlier to push all six cores to 100% load but only did it for about 2 minutes but CORE CPU only went to 42c so am I correct to think i dont have any problem?
