Quite a while ago bought a Intel Core i5-2500K OC'd to 4.5Ghz with 8gb ddr3 ram Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard about a year and half ago i think?

With the system build i also ordered anther 8gb stick i had few small problems bsod which i think related to ram.So to cut the story short i forgot to save bios profile before flashing from f14 bios to f21 bios.I spoke to guy from tech support on the phone who gave me these setting for the original OC'd bios which are below:

Go to Advanced mode in the bottom left corner of the screen,
Advanced Frequency Settings,
CPU Clock Ratio - 44
System memory multiplier - 16.00,
Press Esc

Advanced Memory settings,
Performance Enhance - Standard,
DRAM Timing Selectable - Quick
Channel A timing settings - press enter
Cas latency - 11 - trcd - 11 - trp - 11 - tras - 30 - command rate - 2
press esc twice

Advanced voltage settings,
3D Power Control,
PWM Phase Control - exm pref
Voltage response - Fast
Vcore Loadline Calibration - Turbo
Press Esc

CPU Core Voltage Control,
CPU Vcore - 1.30v
Press Esc

DRAM Voltage Control,
DRAM Voltage - 1.660V
Press esc twice then go to save and exit and save profile before exiting.

I was able to change those settings as outlined apart from two which are

Voltage response - Fast
Vcore Loadline Calibration - Turbo

It seems the only two settings i can use for those is standard or automatic

So i come here seeking a little advice please as what i should do
Will another bios flash to f22 help or should i try something else

Thank's for any help received
