Having trouble with it and it seems to be a bit temperamental, so I'm thinking the best option might be to just replace it.

I know it's getting on a bit, but it still does pretty much all I need it to do and the kids don't play many games, mostly PUBG / Fortnite.

I'd ideally like to buy something new or at least in very good condition - I don't want to have similar problems with the new card!

Can anyone suggest suitable replacements and ideally, where to find one from?

Thanks!

Is this the only system you have available? I'd be swapping all of the components out to narrow down the fault before condemning and replacing the motherboard.

I also still happen to be using the same motherboard and cpu combination. If/when it fails it's going to be a new motherboard/cpu/memory and possibly psu. I'm not prepared to be spending the money a decent secondhand Z77 board demands.

Yes, it is the only system. Otherwise, various laptops, which doesn't help! But I know what you mean about 2nd hand prices!

that mobo would be about 40 quid 2nd hand.they arent that rare ebay or other places should be easy to source one.or members market.

Just put this exact board on the bay. Moved over to amd so selling off the old board, ram and cpu. There are a good few on the bay. Pity I'm not able to access mm

What's your ebay user and how much are you asking? Asking prices seem generally high, but not sure if any are selling at that price?

I have a lovely Asus Sabertooth Z77 doing not very much after upgrading to Asus TUF Z270.

Would be perfect for the rest of your bits. For it too is running the i3 3570K

I don't think there is any way I can offer it to you without upsetting the forum mods.

Oh hum.
