Cheers, ive tried that and I just get that failed to boot screen up.

I tried to enable the XMP profile and ive tried setting it manually. Neither option works. I just wondered if ive missed anything obvious.
 
are you using the latest bios? if not I would do that first,could try manually setting dram voltage to anything between 1.5-1.65v for 16gb and maybe 1.10v cpu/vtt
