Hello,

After this weeks thunderstorm my Sony Bravia went down which my pc was connected to via hdmi, the TV needed a new main board which I fixed but now I since found out the hdmi port the pc was using is not working.

Is it fixable?

Not normally, Does any other port work as it could have taken out the integrated gpu on the processor.

You could try a RMA.

Using pc now connected via tv in the other mb hdmi port - so 1 not working and 1 is good.

Not currently using a dedicated gpu so all on board.

Did you try a long CMOS clear? Leave CMOS battery out for 30 minutes,it will reset any oc settings so make a note beforehand

or just lookg for the cmos jumper on the board and touch both pins at the same time with a screwdriver or whatever to bridge the gap
takes 10 seconds and stops you waiting for 30mins

your boards dual bios though so it should revert to the backup bios and reflash the corrupted one on a failed boot

I think there's a way to force the backup bios by holding the power button when you boot up but you'll have to google the steps
