Gigabyte Z97 SOC force problem

Every so often the hard drives sound like they are parking the heads, they click constantly and they will not stop until I restart the system

I am guessing it is some sort of power management feature but it is annoying as hell!

I am 99.9999% certain there can't be a problem with both hard drives, they have functioned without issue in the old PC.

yh I think theres a problem that causes the noise with latest version
