Gigabytes 1080ti no display

Hi my 1080ti is not outputting a signal either by dvi or HDMI, it started not outputting on dvi so I switched to HDMI and was fine (except boot screen was 640 by 480).
Went to boot up today nothing at all, logo on card comes on 3 times then monitor says no signal.
Motherboard dvi works fine with 1080ti removed and power supply is a xfx pro750 bronze.

Any thoughts

happened to mine last year i rma it to gigabyte in miltonkeynes had it back fixed with in 3 or 4 days

Finished work early so had a play, if i disconnect one hard drive all works fine. Now thinking power supply maybe the culprit as i'm back on dvi, anyone know if this will pull more power than hdmi as i can't see why it would?
