Hi Folks , can anybody tell me where to find another wall box where the fibre enters the house from outside, Gigaclear obviously has put one in and it has 4 ports 3 of them are blocked off, when you remove the blanking though they are not connected (strange why it has them but they are not connected), I do not even know the proper name for the thing tbh..lol, If it is not possible to replace it (it appears to be a slide up and off type), then can some-one let me know of a suitable modem/router I can get that will run Gigaclear ok (needs to be able to run up to 20 devices). Wi-Fi is not required.. Thank you for any help and or advice.

Ok, there were problems with our installation from the word go, blocked tubes, broken cable, broken CCP ??, damaged cable to house and so on and so forth, finally got an working connection yesterday, but this wall out (shown from Gigaglear is mostly for Wireless use, we are a house with 4 main PC and they are used mostly for gaming (online), none of us has wireless, apart from the Printer and Firecube, so we either need a replacement top on the wall outlet where we can use all 4 connections, (Not just one and 3 blanked)(Engineer said you can get them) or we need a new Router (pref with N.A.T.S and or ipv6). And obviously 900mbps is impossible via wireless)

I said Modem as the engineer stated that the speed was low (we should have the 900 hyperfast package but all we are getting is 300-523.69) as the router would restart several times before the package speed was attained (strange as that indicates line profiling not point to point Fibre..or am I mistaken), so we still have a problem there I suspect. Anyway I hope that helps clear things up on why we are asking for help and advice.

Sorry folks I have found what the problem was, the Velop has both N.A.T.S and ipv6, I know the latter can cause speed slow downs, as soon as that (ipv6) was disabled we immediately went up to 928.49 Download and 886.23 Upload, and we know have a TP-Link for the other hardwired PC`s .. May I thank you for all your help with this issue
