Gogol Bordello
Gypsy punks. Those two words say it all. Those two styles complete with deranged singer. Cant wait for that one. Their live shows are supposed to be a fine spectacle.

Rancid
Okay I know its many years later but Out Come the Wolves is a great punk album, it really is. Muttley have your heard that album or what? Alcohol and the refined pogo. I expect to have broken limbs after this gig.

Primal Scream
The day after Rancid - didnt realise when I booked them. I'm 36 and will find it hard getting out of bed on this morning, never mind getting myself in the state to go out gigging again. Last saw them in 1991. Their rock n roll albums may be cliched but they do it well. And their back catalogue suggests they could have a fine set list.

I'm getting my quiff sorted but its not easy with curly hair. May stand at the back with this one. Sewertime Blues was a great album but they've done loads and some are not that fantastic. They have got a song called the Wrecking Crew - wasnt that phrase used somewhere before?
So, from old beardies to young students. What do you reckon to this line-up? Impressive, irrelevant or couldnt give a toss? Got any better bands to go and see? I was well miffed I missed Leeds festival and will have to make it next year.
