Gin

With the slightly warmer weather I'm thinking it'd be a good time to start enjoying a few G&Ts. Can anyone recommend a decent bottle of gin that I'd be able to get at a supermarket? I'm under the impression that Bombay Sapphire is the brand to have, whereas Gordons is the most popular in the UK. Any others?

I agree slightly

Any own brand and good tonic Schweppess tonic is the way for me

Well tbh I suspect that's what will end up in the empty bottle of the good brand I buy

Well, Bombay Sapphire was on special offer at my supermarket (£20 for 1 litre, usually £25) so I got that. Also got some cans of Schweppes' Indian Tonic water, a lime and an ice cube tray.

Looking forward to chilling out tomorrow evening with a nice G&T
