ive discovered that its quite nice. the good thing is, i dont care if its cheap or expensive, as long as the tonic is decent.

a word of advice though. its probably best to keep off of social media after a glass.

It’s not my first choice, but if I’ve been somewhere and the vodka has run out I’ve gone for it, but I use a tad more Schweppes tonic with it than I do with vodka.
My two nieces are seriously into pink gin, they remind me of when I first discovered rye whiskey, I couldn’t get enough of it.

what combo do you recommend. lol ... the only thing i've had it is in a can pre-mixed from sainsburys and dont know what it was

Drink beer you pansies :p

I appreciate that you’re being tongue in cheek by the emoji, but in the mid seventies, when I was maybe 32-33, I was up from London with an oil tanker, working in the Miles Platting area of Manchester for a couple of days.
I walked into a pub one night and asked for a scotch, easy on the ice, and the barman raised his eyebrows, put the whisky on the bar then nudged another barman, nodding in my direction.
They exchanged glances, and it was all but said aloud, “Watch out for the soft Southerner!”

Started drinking it myself recently, although I prefer it with lemonade than tonic!

Bought a few bottles recently including Isle of Harris, Botanist and Malfy.
