Girlfriends 21st. Recommendations?

It's my girlfriends 21st in January and I'd like to do something special for her.

I'm thinking of a short trip abroad somewhere, but not sure where? At first I thought Paris, but that's a bit predictable, then I thought Prague, Is this a nice place?
Also can someone reccomend websites that I can book plane tickets, hotel etc in the same website? Is this possible??

Is there anything else I could do to make it that little bit better? I'm thinking of getting a necklace for her too, but stuck for other ideas.

Las Vegas 4 day trip

I did look at the US but it's a bit out of my budget and especially as it will only be about 3 days away in total.

Im taking my wife to Wroclaw in Poland next weekend, 3 nights in a 5 star hotel, flying with Ryanair, total cost £260, pretty amazing really.

The only downside is that I have absolutely no idea what to do for the weekend (other than the obvious).

Who did you book that through?

I went to Rome with my boyfriend for my 21st. We went for 4 nights and I think it cost us around £300 each for flights and accomodation. Our hotel was 4 star and really lovely, but it wasn't right in the middle of everything, closer to the Vatican and about 10 mins walk to the Spanish steps.
It's definately nice to go away, although I was away for my 18th and 19th too, so I didn't make such a big deal about it being my birthday as I could have.

I'd recommend looking at www.expedia.co.uk for holiday deals. I've used them a couple of times and never had any problems.
