I bought my girlfriend a Dell Inspiron 1520 with Vista 32 for xmas and it has developed some problems.
I don't know why it is doing this so i thought i would ask for help
What happens is when her system does a windows update and she shuts it down after the update it wont shut down properly.
When she goes to shut it down it says configuring updates and instead of shutting down it restarts itself and gets to the Windows loading screen where it blue screens. The system then restarts itself again and asks for the user to repair it as it did not shut down or restart properly. Once this has been done she can finally get back into Windows and shut it down correctly.
Hope this makes sense. Any help appreciated.
