Github

[Diddums]

I see Github is quite a complicated beast, and as I'm having a day from hell, I'm hoping someone can answer a very basic question for me:

If I want to learn to code with a few friends and have a script which we can all access, is that what Github does? I read something about it a while ago but have no idea

I have absolutely no idea what any of you lot are talking about but this looks like a very interesting venture so I'll probably start on it this afternoon.
