Give details to Bulgarian? OCUK FX60 for free!

Ok, I couldnt think of a title.
My friend has been given an offer to give his details to a bulgarian thats just won the lottery and the Bulgarian will order the items to his address and then my friend sends the bulgarian the items, but the Bulgarian will let my friend order a piece of hardware. But my friend doesnt know if its a scam or not, as the Bulgarian said that OCUK dont sell the items to Bulgaria.

Should he do it, as what can the man do if he has my friends address

not an email, msn, he spoke to this guy for about 2-3 months, but hes from EMPORIO.. lol, or sumin like that, some valve scammers

yea. wots a po box, like a warehouse or sumin.. cos then they can send to that adresss, if it is a fraud credit card, me and my mate. win win.. we get the items
