Give steam account away?

I only have 3 games on my steam account. How easy is it to give it away with the 3 games? I dont use it anymore and stopped gaming. Is it just a matter of giving user name and password to person i am giving it to? Obviously change email address on account?

Yup, I would amend the email address and reset the password to something "generic" and simply hand over the account details.

If the games are already in your library, you can't just hand them over to someone else as they're already tied to the account.
