Given this list of phones which would you choose?

I'm having some issues with my Xperia S where it keeps freezing and needing to be reset as the home screen dies and I can't do anything on it. I've had it sent off for repair several times and had a replacement and I still have similar issues so after a conversation with O2 customer services I have the option to have it replaced with another Xperia S or one from the following list. I do like the Xperia but after the issues I'm considering whether one of the others may be better. The only one that jumps out at me is the HTC One X as a suitable replacement, so given the list which phone would you choose? I know a lot of them are basic and way below being considered but as I don't recognise a lot of them and short of googling each name individually (which I will do and amend the list as necessary) I didn't want to remove one which could be a competitor. So any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Once I have a proper shortlist I will go into a store and try them but just want an idea of which ones are worth my time looking at

WTF is the Samsung Tocco doing in that list! Worst phone I've ever owned and back then I swore I'd never have another Samsung (I love my S3 though!)

...but from that list, Xperia S.
 
It's a list of every phone O2 would let me have, including lots of poor phones. As I said the One X or the Xperia S are the ones that jumped out. I guess the thing now is to choose between them. I do really like the Xperia but the One looks to have better specs.....
 
What sort of turnaround do O2 have? My XS is on its way out and I need to send back for an insurance jobby (touch input is buggered, crashes and freezes all the time). Definitely the One X

See if you can get a GS3 though maybe?

My O2 shop said I could only have something similar level to my BB 9900, as that had a useless camera they said I could only have a HTC Desire HD (out of all the HTC's out, this was 1 year ago) ... I went home and rung O2 direct and without any issues that said I could have a One X

One X is a much better phone Xperia S has some decent development but overal its a phone with lots of problem. I did love the design but the screen is bad, worst 720p screen I have seen tbh, its a nice size screen however the design makes it very big for its size. Still like the One X build more, display is best in class (behind the One or S4) Tegra 3 is ok now with the latest Sense version, battery is nice too.
 
Just bought an Xperia J - couldn't decide so just grabbed one. Very pleased, runs 4.1.2, SD, easy to use and does what I want it to and more.

Couldn't comment on One X.
 
Not a huge HTC Sense fan and also have had issues with the HTC One X/S they don't push email while on wifi. It's a well known issue over at XDA.

But from that list it would only be an Xperia S or HTC One X.

Would they not offer you an S3?
