I've overclocked the cards to 1244. Tried all the vsync's and with it off.

Very strange. On 3 screens with SLI, everything is smooth in all games with no judder/stuttering at all.
I have mine set to ~1260 and this seems to be stable. Temps are a little hot for my like (77c) so I added a more aggressive fan profile but the two cards do add a fair bit of noise.
Have you fiddled with anything in NCP?

Did you o/c your memory too high? (that's what I was getting at). I can o/c my memory too high with no classic visible signs (artifacts) but my frames half and everything is jittery.

I had done but I've changed them back.
Also I changed the drivers back to 301.42 which has nearly sorted it.
Just seems a bit jerky when heavy firing, reloading and engaging enemy's.
You should WC m8 they never break 40c

The oc settings are
132 pt
100 gpu I've had the gpu up to 120
250 mem
I was going to see how far I can push them. Had them at 1325 on air before the water cooling
Out of interest have you tried the 301.10?
Optimalnrg makes a good point too,the higher the OC can have
the opposite effect and cause issues
Try power at 110% as this is what I found to be optimal on my rig.
Also did you do a clean install of the drivers each time or did you just install over the previous version?
Don't give up to easy as it will be worth it the end.
Remember there are lots of ppl on here that WILL help you sort this

Oh one thing i forgot to mention is i downloaded the evga sli enhancement patch.
