giving wired connection priority ?

is there any way to prioritise the wired connection on a router (to a pc) over the wireless connections
basically I want to be able to use most of the bandwidth at certain times if a few others are using the wireless connection with their laptops etc

Get a router than can run the Gargoyle firmware. You can then prioritise QOS by IP.
