Hi there,

Based on those specs you can't really tell if its any better - things you want to know are: panel type, true response time, true static contrast ratio, input lag and colour accuracy. Also, please be aware that with edge-lit LED backlit monitors like this - Dynamic Contrast Ratio numbers may be high - but they are simply not accurate. Plus most people turn DCR off in use as it is annoying.

Assuming its a TN panel then it looks very much like the G2420HDBL, I can't see it being worth ordering in from europe. Instead, spending that delivery money on a higher quality monitor like the Dell U2311H may be worth considering - here is a review.

What is your budget? The panels themselves are likely very similar on both BenQ's and with current pricing I would recommend you look elsewhere to get a little more from your money.

hi, thanx for your reply im sorry for the delay but ive been working away.
my budget is maybe max of £200 but i would hope to get a decent one below that.

On the benq website its going for 219.00 euros but im not sure what it converts to in pounds.
