glasses that are *just* bigger than a pint?

lo folks! i used to have a load of these glasses from ikea...



they were amazing, held around a pint and a quarter, or a full bottle of bulmers WITH ICE!!!!!!

i just took a trip to ikea though, because i only have 1 left =(

the only ones they had were these

they are slightly bigger than a pint, but i dont like the handle much (bought 6 of them regardless)

anyone know of any other glasses similar to my original ones, and more to the point, where to buy them!! Ive been quite a few home store type of places and cant find anything other than vases that would do what i want!

already been there and done that dude, vases dont have the right feel about them =(

they are also blooming expensive (and wont fit in my glass cupboard)

Contact Ikea customer service, they might be able to source them from another store or main warehouse.

i did ask at the counter, they werent any help. Might send them an email or something though. it seems they stopped doing them a while back, so id have to be lucky i suppose!

There's your problem, right there. Stop drinking cider like a sissy. Proper cider (like proper ale) comes in pints and such is drunk from pint glasses.

i dont drink cider often tbh, i just prefer the glasses.

when i do have cider, id be sitting outside in the sun, ice with it is awesome.

the challenge is to drink it before it melts, its not right watering it down.

Ill take your word for it being awesome. I'm funny when it comes to putting ice in drinks. Don't have it in my coke, nor in my cider and sure as hell not in whisky
