Glitching after OC

Right, today I had a play and OC my system as follows

FSB = 400
Vcore = 1.4
DRAM - Auto
PCI-Ex freq = 100
PCI freq = 33.3
vDimm = 2.1 v

Set the memory timings to 5 5 5 12 which is stock i believe

Basically, in games i can play for a minute then i get graphical glitching, which is just black lines flickering.
What's causing this? my specs are below

Asus P5b vanilla, latest bios
e6400
1Gb of PC2-6400 800MHz Dual Channel GX XTC Gold
Freezer 7 cooler
Hiper modular 480W
x1900xt

According to coretemp its is running at 43 degrees in windows, which i dont think is too high considering its running at 400 FSB

So, any ideas whats causing the glitching?

is there any way of telling that in game? in windows its 58 degrees

looked at my bios temps.....55 degrees when not even oc'd :-S i got a freezer 7 cooler or whatever it is and it appears seated correctly, so any clues why tis so hot?

Its only with COD2 that it happens, was fine before. I can run HL2 lost coast alright with it, no noticeable glitching, so I'll try reinstalling COD2, though I think i need help with gettin the RAM timings and voltage right, im a real noob lol

Which settings do I generally have to play with? and do they generally move much from stock (5,5,5,12 in my case)?

Right, ok, so RAMs fine.....not sure what else it can be other than heat then. Possibly my case is too small, as i've got enough fans in there!
