Anyone have any global or continental markets near them? Theres one that comes to a town near where I live a couple of times a year. Popped along to it today. Loads of different food and craft stalls to choose from.

Got some fresh french bread for me and my parents to share. I got a walnut, cheese and olive loaf, 3 for £5. Bargain :)

I always get some paella when I go. Its like the one thing I HAVE to get every time! Its a meat paella, so no seafood. Just stuff like chicken, pork, chorizo. Its gooooooooood :)

Followed by some amazing dutch pancakes. You get 2 free toppings with every plate, so I went for cream and toffee. Fantastic!

Also got a few bars of hand crafted soap, with different scents. Got a cherry scented one for me and a couple for my mum. I also picked up...

Some fresh macaroons.

And lastily a selection of salami's. You can get a bag with one of each type for £10.

I also took some pictures from stalls I didn't buy anything from. And this isn't even all the ones that there were, just the ones I could get a decent enough angle to snap a pic, without too many people standing in front and blocking the shot.

Burgers. In the past I've tried the kangaroo, crocodile, venison, wild boar and springbok burgers. I dont think much of the crocodile ones, but the rest are good!

Some Italian bread. Tried it last year. Good, but I prefer the French stuff.

Locally produced cheeses and preserves.

Some yummy looking biscuit type things.

And lastly one of several different sweet stalls. There were also ones selling turkish delights. Wish I'd got some of them now. Oh well... next time!
