Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue,
I recently got a Glorious Model O mouse, and I got a purple cable to go with it.
On the product listing for the cable, there is a video describing how to fit it, and it says that the cable will come with new feet skates (which you need to replace after fitting the new cable). However the feet did not arrive with the cable.
I've been emailing customer support today and have basically been told that the skates do not come with the cable, and I should complain to the manufacturer if I don't like it.
To top this off the customer service guy is now fed up with me, and has just automatically authorized a return/refund when I have said that I don't want to return the cable.
Call me crazy, but that's not cool to advertise something and not send it out right?
The mouse and cable are awesome, but the customer service has been shocking.
