Glove for gaming?

I have an oil based heater, though after working it out it'll cost a lot if I have it on all the time :D. try some gloves soon.

I used to get this with CS:S in my old house. Mainly because I'm a tight bar steward and my bills are immense. But in all honesty, get a heater? It's not just the hands, being cold generally will make you play bad.

Yep me too, I just got used to playing really bad in the winter. In tf2 I generally spend the cold months playing with my worst classes so I dont get ****ed off for being too slow :(

Try getting some light exercise in to get some blood flowing, should warm you up at the cost of 0p ;/

I thought eElectric heaters are usually something silly like 2000w, and will cost you a lot in the long run.

Well this might seem like an odd question to ask but I'm in the need of some gloves for gaming.

Every winter, my house is too expensive to heat so I end up cancelling most of my gaming subscriptions because I just can't react quick enough, the joints in my fingers go stiff and I find it really difficult to play most games that require quick reactions.

so I'm in need of some thin type gloves that will keep my hands moderately warm so I can actually play.

Anyone else have trouble like this?

I can't do anything, pc gaming, guitar, writing.

Why don't you just heat the room you use to game in makes more sense.

I don't pay for the heating, so I can only use my electric heater which is 2000w as said above, it costs quite a bit runing it all the time. I can keep myself warm but I've no way of keeping my hands warm.

Apparently panel heaters are cheap to buy and run, from 60p an hour;

But by the time you've spent £2 a day having one of these on for 3 hours or so a day, you'd have spent £60 for the month + £50 to buy the thing.

Stop buying games and heat your house damnit.

Try putting more clothes on (shocking I know)

When the body is in a cooler room temperature it will draw heat away from the extremities (read fingers & toes) in order to use the heat for the core of the body (heart/lungs/brain etc)

2 t-shirts & a hoodie = win win!

Periodically heat your mouse and keyboard up in the microwave. Also try drinking plenty of cheap liquor,it won't warm your hands up but at least you won't give a **** that you keep getting head shotted.:p

I don't think gloves will help, as mentioned above his hands are cold because the heat is preserved for his core, so wearing extra tshirts/tops will warm his whole body up.
