Need a new pair as after 3 years of constant use my summer gloves have officially had it.

Looking for hard wrist armor, hard plastic palm sliders and pinky and ring finger webbed.

Any suggestions and locations/websites to go to would be great.

Currently browsing Sports bike shop

edit: Prefer black gloves and have a budget of about £100

Racer gloves, if you shop around you should be able to get one of their models with all those bits for around £100.

RST tractech evo, the race version if you want vented. Can be had for about £70-80.

Tried these on yesterday but the wrist protection is soft rather than a plate of reinforcement. This was the main put off really.

Knox handroid, by far the most comfortable glove I've ever used, very good wrist and palm protection too and I've thoroughly tested it :D
Sadly they are twice my budget. Look good though

Rukka Forsair: light and very summery: https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/325118

Rukka Rytmi: A bit thicker, probably more suitable for the UK: https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/201504. Probably more protection compared to above and would probably last longer.

Alpinestars Celer (my current daily gloves): Slightly lighter weight than the Rukka Rytmi but not as comfortable or as nice: https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/198833

Alpinestars SP8: great if you like long cuffs: https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/113708. Similar weight/thickness to the Alpinestars Celer above but long cuff and cheaper. Mine are still doing fine after 4 years.

If I had to buy now, I'd get the Rytmi gloves. Kind of regret getting the Alpinestars Celer. They've very nice and are comfortable enough, but not as good as the Rukka Rytmi/Celer.

If you have an Infinity Motorcycles near you, they stock all the above.

You've recommended a set of gloves that fit none of his requirements apart from the SP8 which may have the finger bridge I can't quite make it out :D

Rather than making a new thread...

Do short summer WATERPROOF gloves exist?

I live in Manchester where it rains, a lot, but isn't cold. I don't tend to feel the cold much either so only switch to winter gloves when it drops below 5degrees (and then they're heated!). Also when it rains it's generally warmer anyway.

Currently wear leather ones which are a bit old but comfy and in heavy rain they're minging and slimey almost :p

Need waterproof, short summer gloves but every waterproof glove is massive it seems.

Edit, seems I'm being a bit thick, seen the Richa City Goretex that don't look too bulky. Anyone recommend something similar?

Lot's of choice here: https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/mo...at/315/(3;product_rating;DESC;0-0;all;53;710)

All are waterproof. Best bet is to try them on in a shop and see what you think is most comfy.

Bit over your budget but after many years I am on my second pair of Dainese 4-Stroke Evos. Have everything you have specified. I love them as I prefer shortys and finding short gloves with schapoid and wrist protection is difficult.

Motocard have them on discount at present - https://www.motocard.com/en/gloves/dainese-4_stroke_evo_nero_nero_nero_691.aspx

The Carbon D1 is a similar glove but lacks wrist protection.
