Hi all,

As a coeliac I can't eat anything with gluten in it. I have avoided dairy in the past while I was on an exclusion diet but am now reintroducing it slowly. This opens the possibility of choccy bars! Woo!

Does anyone know which chocolate bars are gluten free? (I know thorntons own brand ones are). I have had a quick scan of a few and they have traces of gluten which I'd like to avoid but am struggling to find any branded chocs that are gluten free. I don't want to spend ages in a shop reading all the labels so looking for someone who knows their chocs.

Any advice is appreciated!

My mum is a member of Coeliac Society. I'd join up, they send you loads of free stuff, recipe ideas an updates LINK for a small nominal fee each year. the best bit though which is basically what you'r after, is a small book (wallet sized) that lists most brands produce that is gluten free. I.e. the snacks section has a Cadbury sub section and will then have every bar suitable listed. Its great and I'd recommend it

Edit - looks like you can actually buy it now if you don't want to become a member - I doubt youll get the free updates though LINK
