Gmail account locked down because of Gspace?

Anyone else had this?

I was uploading some of my photo's and not my g-mails been locked.

Does anyone know of anything similar were I can back up 1gb of photo's too (preferably free)?

Awesome - thanks. Do you happen to know if there a limit on the number of pics at all?
