Hi Peeps,

Does anyone know a way I can add a contact to the iPhone and ensure it gets created in Gmail and iCloud?

I have imported all my Gmail contacts into iCloud and enabled them both on the iPhone 4S.

Under contacts I have selected "All Contacts" This is handy for when I want to edit a contact, as I can edit it on the iPhone and both contact cards are updated in Gmail and iCloud.

The problem is If I want to add a new contact via the iPhone it will only sync it with the iCloud.

A little work around I found, When creating a new contact on the iPhone, I can send the contact to my Gmail Account. Once I return home I can then import the VCF contact from the email straight into My Contacts.

Once done the contacts become linked on the iPhone :)

Just a shame I can't import the contact via the iPhone but this will do for now.

Hope someone finds this useful. (By the way when you send the contact via iPhone it used VCF which can't include the Photos.
